Sales Manager/Head of Sales: 1 position

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 50,000 – 80,000 THB + Commission & Benefits

Integration Image

Sales Leadership & Team Management

Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Setup the sales plan, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to improve team capabilities
Conduct weekly/monthly sales meetings and pipeline reviews
Build a high-performance and results-driven sales culture

Sales Strategy & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
Identify new business opportunities in enterprise and premium segments
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and suppliers
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and project execution

Integration Image

Sales Reporting & Performance Management

Prepare and submit Monthly Sales Reports including:

Sales Monthly Order intake
Sales Pipeline and forecast
Customer Visited reports and Visit Plan
Project status and conversion rates
Key risks and action plans
Analyze sales data and provide insights for business improvement
Present reports to senior management in a clear and professional manner

English Communication & Presentation

Communicate effectively in English with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports in English
Lead meetings and negotiations with international clients

Qualifications

Male/Female age between 35-50 years
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales (Electronic Security / IT Solutions preferred)
At least 3 years in Sales Manager or Business Development Manager role
Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)
